Storm to enter Vietnam waters, rain, choppy seas forecast

Vietnam’s Southern Hydrometeorology Station forecast on Thursday "Storm Tembin, currently lying off the Philippines, will move northeastward into the East Sea Friday bringing with it gusty winds and choppy seas"
As a result the country’s southern provinces would get lots of rain in the next few days, making for an unusually long rainy season, the office said.
