HCMC plans fireworks to mark National Day

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s economic powerhouse in the south, will celebrate National Day (September 2) with fireworks displays at historic sites.

These include the Ho Chi Minh Museum in District 4, Ben Duoc Martyr Memorial in the outlying Cu Chi district, the historic Nga Ba Giong site in Hoc Mon and the administration hall in Nha Be District.

The display will last 15 minutes, starting 9 pm, on September 2.
